Monarch's Client Receiving Award

Monarch has been working with Oso Valley Greenbelt since 2008. Since 2008, Oso Valley has made some incredible changes and improvements which have resulted in over $250,000 saved in water consumption. Incredible!!! Monarch works with the team in place to establish planning, review contracts, manage water and so much more. The results are money saved, better looking landscapes and increased property values.  The City of Mission Viejo is making a proclamation about the efforts and incredible savings made at Oso Valley. Well done board, Harvest Landscape, PCM and Monarch. Tens of thousands more were saved- contact Monarch to find out how.

Great tips on Power Point Presentations

Remember to have you contractor clear drains, remove branches and turn the sprinklers off during inclement weather. This doesn't have to be wasted time.

Monarch Speaks in San Diego

Monarch has been working in conjunction with CACM to provide a plan for going green over the next 30 years. This can be accomplished, in fact not going green (sustainable) will insure your clients will be cash flow negative in 12-20 years. Going green includes, doing an assessment to establish a baseline, build a team, establish a quarterback, implement the plant and revisit the process. After the process is completed quarterly assessment should be done by a third party to ensure success through implementation. Monarch would be happy to provide a lunch and learn at your office. Just contact monarch by email- matt@monarchenvironmental.org.

Monarch to Speak

Monarch has been asked by CACM to create a 30 year reserve study providing real world targets, goals and budgets for Home Owner Associations to put into practice. Matt Davenport will represent Monarch in Oakland, Sacramento, Coachella Valley, LA and Ventura this Fall.

Monarch

This past week I had the privilege of speaking at both of the Southern and Northern Ca. CACM conferences. The topic was based on Hoa's dealing with delinquencies which in turn effect community budgets as a whole. Over 770,000 homes are included in Hoa's in O.C. alone. Water, labor, and materials are on the rise. How do we maintain or drive down cost in our current Economic environment? I believe this is an opportunity for the landscape industry to make some appropriate adjustments that will benefit everyone. In the fall and winter issues of Vision Magazine I wrote articles that promote some creative ideas on a few of these items.
